KARACHI: India topped their group after thrashing Bangladesh 6-0 in the SAFF Championship in Cox’s Bazaar, Bangladesh.

Kamala Devi scored a hat-trick while Sasmita Malik and Tababi Devi also contributed to the score line to lead India to their third consecutive win.

Previously in the tournament, India brushed aside Bhutan 18-0 and defeated Sri Lanka 7-0.

Bangladesh, Pakistan, India and Nepal have reached the semi-final of the tournament and India will play its semi-final on December 20.
