Marathon champ hurt in car crash

NAIROBI, Jan 22: Kenya's troubled Olympic marathon champion Samuel Wanjiru suffered minor injuries in a traffic accident on Friday evening, police said.

Wanjiru was driving to his Nyahururu home in central Kenya when his car was involved in a head-on collision with a lorry which was heading in the opposite direction.
