KARACHI: Seven people were killed and eight others injured in a road accident at Tando Mohammad Khan Road near Hyderabad on early Saturday morning.

Initial reports said that a passenger van overturned near Hyderabad when its driver failed to control the over-speeding vehicle due to dense fog. The accident occurred near Seri Sugar Mills, a private television channel reported.

Traffic remained suspended on Tando Mohammad Khan Road for some time. The injured and bodies were shifted to a nearby hospital.
