ISLAMABAD: The National Assembly’s Public Accounts Committee (PAC) on Monday said the Musharraf era’s local government system had failed and that most nazims were involved in shifting public money abroad, DawnNews reported.

A session of the PAC’s special committee was held in Islamabad.
