When beating weak teams like Zimbabwe, the Pakistani Coach and Players jump around as if they have won the world cup, while other times like South Africa, Australia act with maturity and focus on the next match.

Waqar Younis stop fooling the nation, you know your team is under performing, and that is always proven when you clash with a REAL cricket team like was the case with new Zealand. Your true colors will be exposed when you face Australia.

Mr. S. Muhammad..........If you a Pakistani then stop being so cynical and negative. Pakistan team were suppose to be the under dogs but they have atleast qualify for the quarter finals, do not forget that Ireland and Bangladesh both have defeated England, cricket is also a game of chance besides the hard work and performances.

I think this is not the right time to demoralize our team. You should be realistic as you are but should not criticize so much. After all its all about hope and positive approach. So just wish them luck

Waqar should not have passed such comments i.e. does not give the true picture, as everybody is aware of the Pakistani Team.

... I didn't hear any immaturity from the Pakistani coach, please listen again his comments about the next match with Australia ... Pessimism often results into inaction ... may I say! Furthermore, please note the match statistics; Zimbabwe lost their major batsman before it started raining. I can safely say that if it did not rain, Zimbabwe would have been in a poorer state.

Dear muhammad: I can only laugh at your comments! y u never mentioned about Pak's win against SL? come on everybody knows SL is favourite and Pak was marvelous against them. Against NZ everybody knows the reason why we lost that match!

How can team Pakistan win when its' both openers have less than 100 runs put together between themselves in the 5 matches played so far in the world cup. The real contest will be quarters finals when no minnows will be around; and team Pakistan will need more than the mere promises of a better performance.

Sirilankan team is considered to be one of the most dangerous teams at home ground and Pakistan have beaten them very comfortably, if it was not Akmal and Taylors birthday NZL was no where near to make 220+ score on the board ;-) :P We all hope catches will not be dropped and Pakistan will do better in the game of nerves and they always do perform better under pressure, i will also say they took NZL very lightly in the field and thats why it changed the result of the match, keep ur eyes on Pakistani cricket team, they are going to do some wonders now :D

When facing real times like newzealand ? so what do you think about Sri Lanka ? they are one of the best teams in this world cup, they have the balance which is required to win the world cup. Pakistan beat them easily - had Kamran akmal taken the catch of Sangakara - they would have been clean up way too quicker. Stop thrashing like kiddies - face the reality - it is a game, if you give a chance - 90% of the time you have to PAY Back. So, when Ross Taylor was dropped twice in an over on two beautiful deliveries - imagine the bowler's motivation. We learned a lesson. Get over it - and Accept that Pakistan is one of the BEST Teams in the world. You can't write them off. Mutahir

Please note that Pakistan did beat Sri lanka which was a favourite in the tournament, things happen they played really badly in the match against New zealand. That is water under the bridge winning and loosing is part of the game. coming to world cup they beat New zealand 4 times give them some credit ....

Get a life, dont be so pesimistic, what do you know about cricket? its easy to taunt! Were you sleeping while PAK and ZIM match, they were 7 down with only few overs to go. What bowling strength does ZIM has to thrash PAK? dude you need a green bull, not a red one.

Waqar is spot on. A coach's job is to drill and threaten his players as necessary behind the scenes, but to the rest of the world, his job is to play chief diplomat. He's said all the right things so far, including how he handled the Kamran Akmal fiasco. It's unfortunate that he's got to deal with a nation of armchair know-it-alls.

Mr. S. Muhammad: Sorry to say, but every nation support their team even if they win from team like Namibia. Don't know why you are so frustrated with team's celebrations. our team is in next round after two WCs and definitely it is an achievement. Be positive and our team needs our support, not the comments as you have mentioned above for your team.

Dear Muhammad, Please provide the reference to what you're saying here that Pakistan has performed worst of top ranking teams in the world cup(preferably a url) so we can see how it has performed worst than India. Keep dreaming, no matter what happens, India is to be booted out in quarters.

Go with a positive attitude. Hafeez, Shafiq and Shehzad should play to stay in the inning for at least 25 overs altogether. Just play it staright and down with no stupid shots. If three of you could last until 25 overs you have won. Wahab, Gul and Shoaib no wiild deliveries. Watch your length and line. The whole nation prays for you- honest.

Dear Mohammad dont be so furious man and control yourself . you should know the importace of the victory and never look who is the opposition. Also dont expact any thing from your team as we didnot give them all resources what other nations are giving to their teams. I always say PAKISTAN is the best (PAK ZINDABAD).

Mr. what are you talking... u aint making sense.... do you understand what Waqar said .... in every sports there is a phycoligical war as well... Waqar is doing a pretty good job in this area... Help him win the world cup ... plss dont be an enemy.... I agree Pakistan is one of the best teamin the world cup - if not the best.... India can be rated as the best batting side of this world cup but not as a best team of this world cup... If Pakistan play to their potential they can win the cup without any difficulties.. they don't need help from rain or any other external factor.... And yeah Pakistan would have definetely won the game even without the rain....

We are a different nation. A team without main players, when world was thinking the cricket is finished in Pakistan, they under managment of Waqar Younas and Intikhab Alam, managed draw against South Africa which is no 1 in pool B now , Defeated Newziland comprehensivly on their home grounds, came to world cup without any ranking , , have entered into quarter final after 4 wins including Siri Lanka on home ground. Pl look into the team . After ban of our most players Our seniors which almost out of cricket came back with love for their country and took the challange and our braves Misba ul Haq Shoaib Akhtar, Younas Khan, A Razzak Umer Gul pillers have put slap on the lobby which wanted to finish cricket in Pakistan . Now we are going win against Australia on 19th Inshallah but it is possible when we motivte and give confidence to our players and great hero of the time and now coach of the team which made it possible to come to quarters after many years with team biginning from scratch. wE ARE A GREAT NATION AND MUST BEHAVE LIKE THAT

i guess waqar is simply doing his job which is also to keep the morale of the team on top. We have talent no doubt!!! what we don't have is discipline and maturity and the ability to utilize our talents. The day we learnt to be deciplined , we would be ready to beat any team of the world.

To write for coach of a team that he is simply doing his job which is only to boost moral, certainly it is not fair....... His part is always very major in the performance of a team. But it is our attitude to throw one into a basket with all his achievements on one. single instance To reach a peak of a success we have to pass through many failures and difficulties but one shouldnot stop and moral boost is badly required .No doubt descipline is a major requirement and there much improvement . But if Umer played a drama for his brother, he must be thrown out and if Akmal is also guilty both should come back today. We donot want such success which is at the cost of drama if is played by the Akmal brothers.. Assad in place of umer, and brave younas can perform with gloves. Above all our team has performed very well today with certain problems but at this stage they need our support..........

I totally agree with one of S. Muhammad statement that waqar's truecolors will be on display on the match against the aussies!! but on the other hand .. Mr S.Muhammad ... change the way of your think about team Pakistan ... !!
