Regarding the Ibadur Rehman case, he said Pakistan authorities were investigating the matter.

Asked whether the families/legal heirs of Faheem and Faizan had been flown to the US or Saudi Arabia, Rodriguez said: “I have nothing for you on this matter.” IBAD:

Sajjadur Rehman, brother of the Ibadur Rehman, said his family and friends would continue their protest against the police for not taking any concrete action for the arrest of US consulate's driver who crushed to death Ibad.

He also condemned the behaviour of the Foreign Affairs Ministry for not responding to Punjab government's letters seeking arrest of the accused driver from the US consulate.
