PESHAWAR: The city police Saturday in a search operation recovered huge quantity of explosives and arrested four suspects, DawnNews reported.

SP Shafiullah while addressing a press conference said that police conducted a search operation in the areas of Sirband and Pashtakra and recovered three thousand kilogram of explosive material and arrested four suspects.

The arrested persons were being interrogated, he added.

Shafiullah reiterated that search operation against miscreants would continue and all culprits would be brought before the court of law.
