Five people were killed in a remote control blast in Turbat while two were gunned down near Qalat, said security officials.-Reuters

QUETTA: Seven people were killed in a bomb blast and firing in different towns of Balochistan on Thursday, reported DawnNews.

According to security officials, five people riding in a car were killed when their vehicle was attacked by a remote control bomb in the area of Thump in Turbat.

In another incident, unknown armed men opened fire and killed two people near Qalat.

The attacker riding on a motorcycle managed to escape after the incident, said sources.
