Ever since the huge box office success of Band Baja Baraat, the ruddy-cheeked Anushka Sharma is riding the wave of success like a professional surfer. Not just professionally, though. There are mind (read: heart) games being played here.

The director of Wake Up, Sid, Ayan Mukherji, is working on the script of his next film, for which he had his friend Deepika Padukone as the leading lady. The film has the star of Wake Up, Sid, Ranbir Kapoor, in it as well.

The thing is that Deepika P and Ranbir K are no more an item in real life. So Ranbir K’s current girlfriend, Katrina Kaif, raised an eyebrow over Deepika’s inclusion and instead hinted at her own interest in the film. But even that didn’t materialise and now Anushka S has been given the go-ahead for the role, since nowadays she’s the hottest gal in Bollywood along with Sonakshi Sinha.
