KARACHI: Along with two members of religious parties, three people were reported dead on Thursday after incidents of firing took place in different parts of the city, DawnNews reported.

Islam uddin, a worker of the Sunni Tehreek party was killed near the KMC workshop in Ranchor Line area after unknown assailants started firing.

After the incident a sense of fear and stress enveloped the neighborhood.

In another firing incident a man was killed in the Mangho Peer area. A dead body was recovered from the Shershah area, which had signs of torture.

Moreover, unknown gunmen assassinated a leader of Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat, Maulana Saud Al-Rehman, and injured two of his companions in North Nazimabad.

Another dead body was recovered with signs of torture from Altaf Nagar in Orangi Town.
