The people of Karachi experienced the hottest day of the month on Saturday as mercury hit a record of 44 degrees Celsius amid long power breakdowns, while the heat wave continued in Northern India with maximum temperature of 45 degrees Celsius.

The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) forecasted a new heat wave in the southern areas of the country while the weather will remain hot and dry in most parts of South Asia.

In central parts of India the heat reches 48 degree celcius in its peak period.

In India heat is in pick point. We all are suffering the same. Looking for AC hotels and restaurants for some relief. Going swimming pool and having fresh juices.

The heat 'WE' all suffer ?!??! Out of the 10 pics only 4 were from Pakistan. As a Pakistani living abroad I wanted to see how hot it is there and see the pictures but I was disappointed.
