KARACHI, July 16: Sixteen top teams including Afghanistan’s youth squad will take part in Nasaki Dr M.A. Shah Night Trophy Twenty20 Ramazan Cricket Tournament which commences from the first of Ramazan-ul-Mubarak.
A prize money of Rs740,000 will be at the offer with winners taking Rs500,000 while Rs200,000 kept for the runners-up.
“To raise the standard of the event, all the participating teams must include four first-class or international cricketers in their line-up,” chief organiser Dr Mohammad Ali Shah said on Saturday.
Besides Rs10,000 each for the best batsman, bowler, wicket-keeper, a star trail motorcycle will also be given to the best player of the tournament.
Special prizes of Rs50,000 will be given to the batsmen for hitting four sixes in an over, six boundaries in an over and Rs50,000 will be awarded to the bowler taking four wickets in an over.

Group ‘B’: Nasaki, Media CC, Goaish, Khyber Greens.
Group ‘C’: Agha CC, Surjani Sports, Karbala Heroes.
