PESHAWAR: A missile attack took place in Bajaur Agency from the Afghan side of the border on Sunday. No fatalities were reported in the incident, although security forces, when questioned, did state that there are casualties.

Sources said that seven missiles were fired from Afghanistan's Kunar province, which landed in various localities of Bajaur Agency's Mohmand Tehsil including Kut Kot and Dama Dola.

Security forces then replied to the missile attack in which a number of militants are reported to have been killed.

It is the fourth such reported attack to have taken place from Afghanistan in the past month.
