The three districts with the restoration of commissionerate system in the province, on July 7 this year, had been merged into Hyderabad division.

Since the Provincial Assembly was not in session and the Governor was satisfied that circumstances existed which rendered it to take immediate action, “Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by the clause (1) of Article 128 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Governor is pleased to make and promulgate the Ordinance,” said a communication received on Sunday.
