I want to draw the attention of the authorities concerned towards the needless speed breakers, especially the one built at Soldier Bazar, Karachi near the Holy Family Hospital which creates problem for riders and drivers.

I do not understand as to what is the use of such speed breakers that creates problems for commuters.

Speed breakers should be built on highways. The City District Government should first identify all speed breakers in the city of Karachi and see if they are of real use. They should not be a cause of inconvenience to commuters.
