KARACHI: The Sindh Assembly passed a resolution on Friday strongly condemning the people who had levelled false and baseless allegations, and used indecent, unethical and provocative language against President Asif Ali Zardari and Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain.

The House reposed full confidence in the leadership of Asif Ali Zardari and Altaf Hussain.

The resolution was moved by MQM's Member of the Assembly Heer Ismail Soho. It was signed by 6 MPAs of the party Muzammil Qureshi, Aleem-ur-Rehman, Syed Manzar Imam, Wasim Ahmed and Syed Wasim Hussain including Ms Soho.

The House also demanded strict legal action against the fabricators.
