Katrina, the cartoon

Published November 19, 2011

Aha, so even that can happen to beautiful women! This story is funny and tragic at the same time. Perhaps more funny than tragic.

A while ago, a film director managed to reach the rosy-cheeked, uber gorgeous Katrina Kaif to offer her the lead role in one of his forthcoming films. It appeared to be a pretty normal routine: a director sends a script to the actor and the actor goes through it, and after evaluating it rejects or accepts it. No sir, not this time.

This time round, Katrina K cold-shouldered the poor auteur. Why? Well, apparently the part that was offered to Katrina K was the main character of an animated film. Katrina was requested to do the voiceover of the lead character, which was also to be named Katrina. But the actress said a huge and loud “NO”.

It’s a mistake. After all, not always does Katrina get a chance to act in an animated fashion.
