ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain on Tuesday said that government should adopt a policy which can eradicate possibilities of confrontation among state’s institutions, DawnNews reported.
Speaking to media representatives after a party meeting, he said confrontation between institutes was a risk for national security in current circumstances.
He said that the political situation was still not completely out of control even after the Supreme Court’s NRO verdict.
Answering a question about army’s intrusion, Hussain said that no institution was ready to take the ‘extreme step’ as yet.
The meeting was attended by Shaikh Waqas, Chaudhry Pervez Elahi, Raja Basharat, Chaudhry Wajahat Hussain and other party leaders.
