ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court would hear the memo case on Jan 30 where it is expected to decide on whether it would grant more time to a judicial commission formed to investigate the memogate scandal, DawnNews reported.

The commission was constituted by the apex court and was being headed by Balochistan High Court Chief Justice Qazi Faez Issa.

Moreover, the commission had been granted a four-week time limit to complete its probe.

So far, the commission has had four meetings. However, the commission has not been able to complete its work due to Mansoor Ijaz's refusal to come to Pakistan to testify before it.

The commission has, however, again summoned the US businessman and the central character in the scandal on Feb 9.
