The Apex Court has to to go constitutionally the whole way to remove all the arbitray impediments that prevent the different institutions from functioning correctly for the society as a whole.

Today I heard in news that a British secretary was charged for over speeding and he immediately resigned and announced that he was innocent and he would contest the charge.Here in Pakistan the president Zardari and the PM Gilani are do not resign.
