KARACHI, Feb 8: Three ships carrying containers and coal are expected to arrive at the outer anchorage on Thursday, according to KPT sources. Eight ships, Santa Balbina with containers, Lahore, D.L. Clover, oil tankers, Kong Que Song, Breeze Island with general cargo, UBC Cyprus and Sea Merchant both bulk carriers were berthed on Wednesday. Sailings were active as Patriotic, Stolt Orchid, Hyundai Colombo and President Truman departed, while Kong Que Song, Santa Balbina and Lahore are due to sail out on Thursday.

A total tonnage of 133,000 tons comprising 30,486 tons of export and 103,000 tons of import tonnage was handled.

The following ships are due on Thursday: Y.M. Fuzhou, Abtin-1 with containers and Red Fin with coal.
