It saddens me to see that this is what has become of Muslims; following customs of other religions, praying at shrines. I can only hope that Allah is in there hearts somewhere.

If little background information was given about the Saint and its work, that would have been much better.

Its sad to see muslims involved in grave worshipping. No doubt Sheikh was a devout muslim, he would have never wanted the muslims to start worshipping his grave. Allah Subhan-u-talla is above all and only to him we can bow and no one else. May Allah guide us all,Ameen.

If i am not wrong Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani was not buried in India, rather his shrine is in Iraq, Baghdad i guess

I was indeed expecting a number of "true believers" to comment negatively on this phenomenon, and true to form, Pakistani readers do not disappoint. A lot of them very eager to question the Muslim-ness of these people, and ready to declare it un-Islamic. Bravo!
