NAWABSHAH: Hopes of a successful All Parties Conference (APC) on the issue of Balochistan seem to be diminishing, after Pakistan Muslim League-N chief Nawaz Sharif said he will not attend it until the killers of Nawab Akbar Bugti were arrested.

Addressing a public gathering in Qazi Ahmed here on Thursday, Sharif severely crticised the PPP-led government and said it should see what type of movement was going in Balochistan.

Terming villages in Sindh unsafe, he said his government had ended ‘dakoo raj’ in the province. But today no one could even roam around the villages of Sindh without a fear of being kidnapped, he added

Sharif said the PML-N did not want a revolution limited to Punjab only but wanted a widespread one.

He called for access to quality education for the children of poor farmers.

Sharif assured the gathering that the network of Danish Schools would be opened in Sindh and students would be awarded with free laptops.

He lamented that several areas of the province were still submerged under flood water.
