KARACHI, March 24: Neighbourhood Club Seniors won the Pakistan Day Inter-club basketball tournament registering 40-38 victory over Bounce Club Juniors in a nail-biting final at Kashmir Road court on Friday evening.
The winners led 18-14 at half time.
Raja Jehanzeb and Hammad N.D. Khan turned out to be the main architect of their team’s triumph. The former scored 12 while the latter contributed 11. Fahad scored six.
Ammar Aqeel shone for the winners with 13. He was ably assisted by Adil Imam eight and Zafar ishaq six.
