KARACHI: Co-Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Tuesday said the apex court should apologise in principle for the judicial murder of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto to the nation, DawnNews reported.

Speaking at a meeting of party’s central executive committee, chaired by President Asif Ali Zardari in Garhi Khuda Bux, he stressed on earliest arrest of culprits behind the assassination of Benazir Bhutto.

The meeting was organised on the occasion of 33rd death anniversary of former prime minister and founding father of the PPP Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.

The meeting also adopted a resolution for unmasking the culprits behind Benazir’s murder.

The son of Benazir Bhutto and the president, said that it was a golden opportunity for the Supreme Court to put the records straight in revisiting the ZAB case.

He urged the apex court to review the Mukhtaran Mai case also.

Moreover, the young co-chairman of the PPP also urged the judiciary to punish terrorists for their crimes in order to keep the country safe.
