LAHORE, May 10: Two men were caught stealing goods and material from the railway yard here on Thursday.
A railways police party during routine patrol spotted a man taking away five break blocks from the Mughalpura yard.
A case has been registered against accused Adnan and further investigation is under way.
In the other incident, Rafique was caught while stealing 15 iron clips, four fish plates and 17 nut bolts etc.
Meanwhile, PR Police Inspector-General Syed Ibne Husain directed the Lahore SSP to award commendation certificates to the policemen concerned for foiling the theft attempts.
