RAWALPINDI, May 14: Refusing to accept Yousuf Raza Gilani as prime minister, leader of the opposition in the Nation Assembly Ch Nisar Ali Khan on Monday said how a Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) appointed by the government would take action against the prime minister.

Chaudhry Nisar expressed these views while talking to newsmen on Monday after unveiling the plaques of extended Emergency Department and a Labour Room at Holy Family Hospital (HFH).

Chaudhry Nisar said that the prime minister instead of tendering his resignation was challenging the Supreme Court verdict in international media.

He still considers himself as the prime minister he said adding PPP big wigs are bent upon destabilising the democratic set-up in the country by refusing to accept the SC verdict.

Earlier, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan inaugurated the newly constructed labour room and emergency department of the HFH. The leader of the opposition also paid a visit to different wards of the hospital and listened to the problems being faced by the patients.
