QUETTA: At least two persons were killed and another injured in an incident of firing in Chaman’s Mizai Adda area.

Police said on Tuesday that armed men opened fire at a car on the Maror Saidaan Road which was heading towards village Killi Massayzai.

“As a result of firing, two persons in the car were killed and another was injured,” police said.

The attackers managed to flee. The police rushed to the site and shifted the bodies and the injured to a hospital.

The police, quoting from a preliminary probe, said that it appeared that the attack was linked to an old enmity. The police registered a case against the accused and started an investigation into the incident.
