PTV once used to have a bulletin in English. It was widely watched, and the foreign and diplomatic community used to watch it to know news about Pakistan. I wonder why PTV has stopped it. The diplomatic community, foreign journalists and foreign visitors will watch it eagerly if PTV decides to resume an English bulletin in the evening, say after the 9pm Urdu bulletin. By not having an English bulletin, PTV has failed to project positive aspects of Pakistani life and politics to foreigners at a time when there is so much disinformation against Pakistan in the world.
