KOHAT, May 22: A man killed his niece after a quarrel over some petty issue in Shakardarra town on Tuesday.
The father of the victim, Sumbal Jabeen, 16, told the police that his brother, Hamid Shehzad, shot her niece dead after exchanging hot words with her.
Her body was brought to the Liaquat Memorial Hospital, Kohat where her autopsy was carried out. The body was then handed over to family.
The Shakardarra police have registered case against the accused and were making efforts to arrest him. —Correspondent
