RAWALPINDI, May 22: Three persons including a former policeman posing themselves as the officials of Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) were arrested as they were checking vehicles in Sadiqabad on Tuesday night.

The sources said that the police received information that some fake CIA officials riding in a car with blue flash light on its roof top were checking vehicles near Dhoke Kala Khan.

At this, a police raiding party was dispatched to the area which found three unidentified persons in plain clothes were checking the vehicles. One of them was carrying a ‘handcuff.’

The police party took them into custody as they could not prove their identity.

They were identified as Imran Ali Khan, the former policeman, Mohammad Faisal and Naveed Ahmad.
