ISLAMABAD, May 24: Chief Commissioner Islamabad notified two new police circles and changed the limits of three existing circles, police said on Wednesday.

The news circles are Banigala and Woman-Ramna. The creation and changing in the existing circles were made after the establishment of three police stations. In the new setup Banigala and Nilore police stations will work under Banigala circle. The woman-Ramna circle will comprise of Ramna and Woman police stations.

The limits of Shahzad Town circle were changed which earlier comprised of Shahzad Town and Nilore police stations. Now it limits included Shahzad Town and Kural police stations.

The limits of Rural circle which earlier comprised of Kural and Sihala were also changed. Now its limits have Sihala and Lohi Bher.

DSP Tariq Mehmood was appointed as SDPO of the circle while ASP Yasir Afridi was appointed as the SDPO of Industrial Area circle.— Staff Reporter
