HYDERABAD, May 30: The University of Sindh has said that decision on re-admission of 15 rusticated students has been taken by the discipline committee on the basis of merit.
In a press statement issued on Tuesday, the university clarified the committee was working in accordance with Sindh University Act 1973.
Decision on re-admission was taken after hearing students and recording their statements, it said.
The university approved re-admission of only 15 students in light of recommendations of the committee.—Staff Correspondent
