LAYYAH, June 2: An eight-month-old baby died of measles on Saturday at Basti Jarh of Union Council Paharpur where dozens of other children were suffering from the contagious disease.
The baby, son of Allah Wasaya, had contacted the disease a few days back and developed complications resulting in his death.
Kot Sultan DHQ hospital medical superintendent said he would take every possible step to control the disease.—Correspondent
