KARACHI: Sindh Culture Minister Sassui Palijo on Saturday was removed from the provincial cabinet, DawnNews reported.

Sindh Chief Minster Syed Qaim Ali Shah, apparently taking action against her walkout from a cabinet meeting, has issued a notification stripping the culture minister off her portfolio.

Palijo had walked out of a cabinet meeting held to review progress on a new housing project of Zulfikarabad city.

According to reports, she had shouted not only at the coalition allies, attending the meeting, but also at the chief minister for not taking her into confidence on the project.
