SUKKUR, June 2: Two people lost their lives on Saturday over an old enmity relating to karo-kari in Lashari Mohalla at Quetta Road in city police jurisdiction.
Two groups of Jakhrani community came face-to-face and opened firing resulting in the death of Rahim Bux Bijarani while Lal Khan Jakhrani succumbed to his injuries at the Civil Hospital Jacobabad.
Firing and killing incident created panic and harassment in the area.
The enmity goes back to three years when two groups clashed with each other over karo-kari and two people were killed at that time.—BoC
