HYDERABAD, June 10: General secretary of the Sindh chapter of the PML-F Imtiaz Ahmed Sheikh has said that under the leadership of Pir Pagara his party is engaged in contacts with other political parties and groups in the province.

The PML-F would form an alliance in Sindh, he told reporters after attending a ceremony on Saturday evening. He said this was the election year and the PML-F was gearing up for the polls Mr Sheikh, who is also adviser to the chief minister on special education, said the PML-F would hold talks with the PPP and other allies for seat adjustment.

He said the PML-F would take part in elections, both local government polls and general elections.

He said the PML-F was open for talks and was already holding dialogue with political groups.

He said his party would also hold talks with individuals and nationalists forces.

He ruled out apprehensions over the Zulfiqarabad city project, but said that the government should address the apprehensions of nationalists.

He said new cities provided employment opportunities.
