If you are outside of Pakistan, you can also use the ToffeeTV apps for iPhone, iPad and Nokia, depending on the device you use. A lot of people write in saying the apps just make the content more accessible, which only helps the cause you highlighted.

Its been great kids, I live in the US and its a tough task to make sure kids stay with the Urdu language, culture etc. I always had to struggle to find kids related stuff on youtube, etc, however the Toffee app is liked a lot by my kids, 3 and 4, are using iPhone themselves and navigating through the APP themseloves and having fun.

My daughter is now glued to the Urdu version of Wheels on the Bus, Mary Had a Little Lamb, and Are you Sleeping. Earlier, my only source for Urdu story telling were the Cassette Kahanis which I downloaded from youtube. With regard to Urdu poems for kids, there is nothing on the web other than Aalo Mian and Choohay ka Bacha (not to forget the Hindi rhymes) but thanks to you two now my kid can enjoy a dozen Urdu poems.
