KALAYA, June 14: Nine suspected militants were killed and four others injured when military planes attacked their positions in upper tehsil of Orakzai Agency on Thursday. The planes carried out the attacks at about 8.45pm in the violence-hit parts of Mamozai and destroyed three suspected militant hideouts in Adufeel and Botafeel areas.
Security forces have launched an operation against the militants from two sides, Gheljo in Orakzai and Dogar in Kurram Agency.
