KARACHI, June 14: Islamabad’s Shehram Changezi, who has been served with charge sheet by the games controlling body for violating code of conduct recently, continued his unbeaten run in the third Jubilee Insurance ranking snooker championship at Karachi Gymkhana on Thursday.

With two wins under his belt, he inflicted 4-2 defeat on Sindh’s Javed Ansari to keep his chances alive for making it to the knockout stage from group ‘B.’ He won the battle 52-59, 66-30, 61-32, 71-46, 24-65, 72-5.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Sharjeel Mehmood and former national champion Khurram Hussain Agha have also come out victorious in their three outings.

Sharjeel interrupted Sindh champion Mohammad Ishtiaq’s winning run handing 4-2 defeat while Khurram chalked up an emphatic 4-1 victory over Zahoor Ahned.

Sixth seed Abdul Sattar of Sindh suffered his first defeat going down to former Pakistan No 1 Imran Shehzad 2-4.
