LAHORE, June 26: Robbers shot and wounded a NADRA employee and looted Rs1.5million from him outside his office in Shadbagh police limits on Tuesday.

Two robbers waylaid Muhammad Aslam, who was going to deposit cash in a bank, and snatched the bag. They injured Aslam on resistance and fled.

Some robbers stormed into the house of Yasir Tanveer in Model Town police limits and took away cash and valuables worth Rs1.2m.

Another gang barged into the house of Sajid in Mughalpura police limits and looted cash and valuables worth Rs600,000 and two motorcycles.

Some robbers burst into the house of Nazar in Factory Area police limits and took away cash and valuables worth Rs500,000.
