LAHORE, June 26: Shan Khusro, son of Additional Federal Secretary Khusro Pervaiz Khan, courted arrest to the CIA police on Tuesday.

Shan was booked in the murder case of 22-year-old Sheikh Hamza who was found shot dead in Phase-VI of the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) a few weeks ago.

He produced himself before the Model Town CIA police on Tuesday. He  would further be produced before the Lahore High Court on Wednesday (today).

Shan Khusro, who initially got pre-arrest bail, gave his statement to the police that a weapon he was carrying went off and a bullet hit his friend Hamza, son of a Shahalam trader, Sheikh Fazal Elahi.

Senior Superintendent of Police Investigation Abdur Razzaque Cheema, when contacted, confirmed that the police were going to arrest Shan.
