A BIG problem faced by the people every time there is an increase (or decrease) in the price of petrol is that petrol pump owners deliberately stop the provision of petrol to the public who are already facing problems regarding shortage of CNG supply.

The problem occurs every time the price changes (twice a month nowadays) and the last time there was a sharp cut in prices, it took more than three days for the people to get fuel for their vehicles.

In such a scenario, it was good to hear about a petrol pump in a remote part of Jhang called Lashari Petrol Pump, which is never shut down.

The pump always provided petrol and never looked to gain unethical profits like other petrol pumps do during times of price hikes.

We hope that in future most of the pump owners would adopt the style of the  petrol pump mentioned above so that people’s problems could be reduced.
