PESHAWAR, July 13: Jamiat Ullema-i-Islam-F activists on Friday held a protest demonstration at Sher Shah Suri Road against the government’s decision of reopening Nato supply line and drone attacks.

The protesters were led by Senator Haji Ghulam Ali, former provincial ministers Asif Iqbal Daudzai, Malauna Amanullah Haqqani and district Peshawar amir Maulana Rafeeq Shah.

The demonstrators were carrying a banner inscribed with slogans as ‘reopening of Nato supply is open insult of the resolution of the parliament’. They were also raising anti-government slogans.
