LAHORE, July 16: The Local Government Department on Monday appointed Muhammad Arif, awaiting posting, as Data Ganj Bakhsh Town Municipal Officer.
According to officials, the appointment of Mr Arif, a grade-19 officer, was made after the Lahore DCO Noorul Amin Mengal, a couple of days before removed Data Ganj Bakhsh TMO Shahid Iqbal by surrendering his services to the department for his poor performance.—Staff Reporter
