LAHORE, July 21: An additional district and sessions judge granted on Saturday the pre-arrest bail to three young doctors involved in the murder case of a minor patient during their strike for the service structure.

Judge Abdul Sattar Langah granted the bail till July 28 to doctors Matloob Ahmad, Usman and Hannan.

A murder case had been registered against eight doctors on the allegation of killing infant Fahad by pulling a drip out of his vein at Mayo Hospital during the strike of young doctors.

Police had arrested four of them and the LHC released them on an interim bail. Later, the high court had directed doctors to get their bail confirmed from the court of first instance (sessions court).
