QUETTA, July 22: A surgeon affiliated with Bolan Medical College was kidnapped from the Luckpass area of Mastung district on Sunday evening, Levies Force sources said.

Dr Din Mohammad Bangulzai was coming to Quetta from Mastung when armed men intercepted his car.

They left the doctor’s car there and took him away.

It is the second such incident that has taken place in Mastung within a month.

Two weeks ago, Dr Abdullah Breach was kidnapped from Mastung.

He got freed by the Frontier Corps after an operation in which six alleged kidnappers were killed and six others arrested.
