KARACHI, Aug 14: KESC defeated PIA 2-1 in the final of the inaugural All Pakistan RLCA Ramzan Football Tournament at RLCA Stadium Korangi on Monday night.

PIA took the lead when Abdul Jabbar Junior scored off a cross by Shakir Lashari but KESC struck back with goals from Mohammad Rasool and Abid Ghafoor, who connected to a cross by Mohammad Essa.

Rasool was named the player of the tournament with NBP’s Amir Gul named best goalkeeper and KPT’s Mohammad Bin Younus was given the golden boot.—APP
