Policing with gender balance

WHILE women are fully active in the workforce, there exist some areas that show gender bias, especially the police department.
In Pakistan, the police department is dominated by males, and women’s participation is negligent.
Security breaches are on the rise. It is very much important to recruit women in the police department.
It is important that the police department initiates a gender sensitive policy, where more women can be welcomed to enter the police force.
Throughout the world, the police department is recruiting women in the police force. Women can play an important role in uplifting society.
The police department in Pakistan should work on a gender strategy of the police so that women’s participation increases.
