This is a open letter to the CJ. You have shown remarkable courage when dealing with issues that pertain to missing people, and willing to procecute anyone regardless of bearing. Could you please tell me what is stoping the judiciary from prosecuting Mumtaz Quadri the self confessed murderer of Salman Teseer.
so basically the Imam “tore off/ripped off” pages from the Qur’an to “add” to the burnt pages so logically he has also committed blasphemy or only non-Muslims can do blasphemy?
So unfortunate that on one hand we have a hadith of how our prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) cared after a woman who used to insult him by throwing trash at him vs this so called blasphemy law. This is the darkest hour of Islam, and our Pakistani Mullah’s with the backing of their Saudi financiers are hell bent on defaming this peaceful religion.
Does anyone know how the girl is doing? The world wants to know what sort of treatment she is receiving and the extent of her injuries. She should come to Canada. Her tormenters would receive hard justice over here, and they would not enjoy their time in prison. Our prisoners have a code of ethics that is obviously not shared by these extremists. Those who abuse, and molest children are not regarded highly. I’d like to see more pictures, especially of those involved in harming this girl.
Does the Blasphemy law contain provision to award double punishment to a Muslim for desecrating the Qu’ran or for the moment it is only applicable to non-Muslims?
The imam reminded me a dialogue from famous movie, it goes:
“:And thus I clothe my naked villainy / With old odd ends stolen forth from holy writ/And seem a saint when most I play the devil”
Translation : I disguise myself with religious character, I pretend to be saint when I am devil inside.
Hope not !!! All over the world people are watching with interest, this case and its out come ..wake up Pakistan what ever the religion they are all Pakistani don’t let few people destroy Pakistan and its respect in the eyes of the world.
Yes, their will be a double standard, this Imam will get a lot better treatment in Jail compare to the girl and Judges will be afraid to pass a harsh judgement against him.
I am still waiting for the conviction of Mumtaz Qadri who killed Salman taseer, it was a daylight execution and killer admits it. I heard every Judge in Pakistan has refused to hear the case.
This ‘imam masjid’ Kahild Jadoon, who tampered with evidence against Rimsha Masih must get death penalty.
This evil face munafiq endangered the life of hundred of Christians living in his area and he is certainly guilty of committing Blasphemy.
Thank you for taking the correct decision. Bring this cleric to justice and let other people learn the lesson through hard way.

Stockholm riots
Rioting spread across Stockholm immigrant districts in several nights of unrest, raising fears that decades of integration efforts have gone dangerously awry.

Why hasn’t this poor girl been released? Let the culprit be meted out the penalty he sought to impose on his innocent victim and her co-religionists.

I wonder if there will be a double standard in play now.
